The Vocus Service tags are utilised to provide a clear demarcation point and service information for customers. The Service tags are to be utilised nationally when demarcating services via an optical handoff or legacy structured copper cabling owned by Vocus. For the avoidance of doubt, fibre technicians/delivery partners are not required to Tag ports on an NTU installed at the customer premise.
