These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the RedDirt Trailers website and to enquiries, quotations, orders and services provided by RedDirt Group / RedDirt Contractors Pty Ltd trading as RedDirt Trailers.

Quotes and pricing

All quotations are subject to availability and remain valid for the period stated on the quotation. Pricing may change where specifications, freight, licensing, government charges or customer requirements change.

Orders and payment

An order is not confirmed until RedDirt has accepted the order and any required deposit or payment has been received. Payment terms will be stated on the applicable quotation or invoice.

Product specifications

RedDirt may make reasonable changes to components, specifications or product details where required due to availability, compliance, manufacturing improvements or supplier changes, provided the overall function and intended use of the product are not materially reduced.

Availability and delivery

Stock availability and estimated delivery or completion dates are provided in good faith but may be affected by freight, suppliers, manufacturing, licensing and other circumstances outside RedDirt’s reasonable control.

Warranty

Warranty coverage is subject to the warranty terms supplied with the relevant product. Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification, accident, normal wear and tear or operation outside the intended design of the product.

RedDirt aims to keep information on this website accurate and current. However, specifications, images, pricing and availability may change without notice.

Privacy

Personal information submitted to RedDirt is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
