At RedDirt, we aim to make your purchase as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Below is an outline of our shipping process to ensure you know what to expect.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Orders: Most orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days.

  • Trailers: Shipping timelines for trailers vary and will be confirmed during the order process.

Shipping Locations

  • We ship Australia-wide, delivering to both metropolitan and regional areas. Remote locations may incur additional charges or slightly longer delivery times.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. A detailed breakdown will be provided at checkout or during the quote process.

Trailer Delivery

  • Trailers can be collected directly from our facility in Balcatta, WA, or delivered to your location at an additional cost. Delivery options and pricing will be confirmed when you place your order.

Tracking and Notifications

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours at enquiries@reddirtgroup.com.au, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please note that there is no cooling-off period for trailers.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalised items)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Licensed trailers

If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
For exchanges, the quickest method is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
