RedDirt Trailers Warranty

At RedDirt Trailers, we back our gear with a solid, no-nonsense warranty that reflects the quality of our builds and the conditions they’re made for. Built for Australia. Backed by us.

What’s Covered

12-Month Structural Warranty

We cover the structural chassis and welded framework of your RedDirt trailer for 12 months from the date of delivery, under normal use and with proper maintenance.

​

6-Month Parts Warranty

We cover genuine RedDirt parts and fixed components such as:

  • Suspension and brakes

  • Electrical components

  • Tub, lid, and hinges

  • Shock absorbers and lights

​

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Aftermarket parts or accessories installed after delivery, including wraps, decals, stickers or modifications

  • Tyres (covered by the tyre manufacturer)

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse, overloading, neglect or lack of proper maintenance

  • Environmental damage (e.g. rust, salt, water, chemicals)

  • Third-party modifications or unauthorised repairs

When the Warranty Is Void

Your warranty may be void if:

  • The trailer has been sold or transferred to a new owner

  • The trailer is used beyond its intended purpose (e.g. overloaded, off-road abuse, commercial hire)

  • Maintenance is not performed or recorded

  • You install non-approved accessories or components

Making a Claim

If something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

​

To lodge a claim:

Email enquiries@reddirtgroup.com.au within 30 days of discovering the issue.
Include the following:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Description and clear photos of the defect

  • A completed maintenance checklist (if applicable)

We may request an inspection or further details to assess your claim.

What We’ll Do

If the defect falls under warranty and meets the terms:

  • We’ll repair or replace the faulty part or trailer (at our discretion), or

  • We may offer a refund of the purchase price for the affected item

Please note: You’ll be responsible for costs associated with returning the trailer or parts, unless otherwise required by law.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our trailers come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You’re also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the issue is not a major failure.
